Manifest your dreams into reality.

What we put our thoughts and energy into, is what we make our reality.

Within this blog post I'll take you through the 5 steps to manifest your dreams into reality.
These steps are ones that I consistently turn to.

Manifestation is based on The Law of Attraction. If you’re not too familiar with the Law of Attraction its the ability to bring things into our reality through an energetic attraction.

This blog takes on a holistic approach including the techniques which draw from the Law of Attraction, as well as a meditation I’ve recorded to meet your future self, planning, action tools and more!

When we include these techniques into our manifestation with consistency we can really bring our vision into reality.

Here's 5 steps to help you manifest your dreams into reality:

1.Clarify your vision.

Be clear and specific on what it is you are wanting to manifest.
Rather than saying I want to own my own house or I want to start a business, whatever it is you're manifesting, get granular!

Let's take a simple idea many can relate to of wanting to own your own house. Nut out the finer details of your dream house. Here are some thought starters:
- where is this house
- what is it made of? texture, colour
- how large/small?
- what are the surroundings and landscape? Beach? Trees? Birds? Animals? Farm?Mountains?
- How many rooms are in the house? what will each room be used for?
- Who do you want to live there with?
- What kind of lifestyle will you be living there?

If it's a business, the same specifics apply,  what kind of business? How will it look? Who will your regular customers be?

Go down the rabbit hole and flesh out the details that excite you about this vision.

2. Visualise your manifestation
Have fun here! You can allow your creative flare to shine  with your visualisation by creating a drawing, painting or mood board of your goal.

If you’re opting to create a mood board include photos of what your goal will look like when you reach it.
Perhaps cut out images from magazines, add materials from nature, fabric, anything that relates and brings you a little closer to your visualisation.

You can use programs such as Pinterest for inspiration or Canva to position everything together.

Canva also allows you to download your creation so you can save it as your desktop or print it out for inside your home.
Allow yourself to get carried away! You can always go back, change and evolve your mood board.

3. What would living your vision feel like?

Now that you know what your goal is and what it would look like, you can start to drop into how  it will feel. Now by this step you’re likely already super enthused!

If you’d like to go a little deeper here is a meditation to meet your future self.
This meditation may help you to discover additional insights, ideas and notice what feels aligned.

4. Plan it out and take your action shuffles

After dreaming, creating and feeling into your vision now you can allow your logical brain a little play time, as the manifestation starts to unfold into reality.

Whilst planning, think of the steps needed to start to move you closer to your goal.
These steps can be big or small, the aim is to plan your actions and each day take steps forward (or for me I like to say they’re little shuffles!

As long as you’re shuffling and keeping consistent, with your mind's eye on the goal it will happen.

By the way..keep in mind the plan can and will change as you take on new learnings and discover new paths towards your dream.

Action steps:
Open up an excel spreadsheet and make yourself a list! I love a good list!
Note down:
Your vision and a time line of when you would ideally get there
Along this time line start building out what you’ll need to do, learn, obtain in order to reach your vision.
Some examples below:
What are the things you need? Materials? Deposit? Software?
Do you need to study a course?
Meet with professionals within the area?
Create a website

Important note: Make sure you remember to celebrate all your little wins here too!!

You may need some help in planning this along the way and this takes me to our next step..

5. Inspiration and connection to others

I love being inspired by others and connecting with people.
Connecting with people who inspire you whether they are doing something similar to what you want to do or not is a great way to just be inspired to spark new ideas, add to your own and its a fantastic way to boost your motivation.

Even asking someone out for a coffee is a wonderful way to build connections and ask some questions in a casual environment.

The ways of being inspired are so endless these days and will be unique to you. Maybe a few of the following might be of interest;
Listening to podcasts, finding tutorials or ted talks, seeking out talks, workshops, conferences.

I find that having a mentor is  great. Someone you can speak with 1:1. They can really help you open up new pathways for fresh ideas and opportunities especially if you’re feeling stuck.

Sometimes you may find (and this is what I found) that having a mentor provides you the reassurance and confidence that you’re on the right track.
Some of my mentors who have helped and continue to  inspire me along the way I have named below. I would highly recommend you check these amazing humans to see if what they offer resonates with you:

  • Kate James - Life Coach, Meditation teacher, speaker and an Author.

  • Meghan Currie - Inspirational heartfelt yoga trainings that dive deep into your inner world through yoga.

  • Ashleigh Dickinson - Powerhouse yoga mentor provides guidance and empowerment for your yoga teacher journey.

  • Brenda Sutherland  B.Soc.Sc.(Psych)  Holistic Counsellor, Trainer and Consultant.

So, if you’ve been dreaming about starting something but don't know where to start, save these 5 steps to refer back to each day and slowly but surely you will make you’re manifestation a reality.

Remember these:

  1. Clarify your vision

  2. Visualise your manifestation

  3. What would living your vision feels like

  4. Plan it out and take your action shuffles

  5. Inspiration and connection to others
